Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and entryways at various client locations using company-provided shovels and hand tools
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including both day and night shifts as needed
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleared of snow and safe for pedestrian use
• Respond promptly and be available on short notice when snow events occur
• Maintain a professional and reliable presence at all assigned locations

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to multiple work locations
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Previous snow shoveling experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour , based on Crew Member or Crew Lead role, paid every two weeks.
