The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for the food service industry. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs Supervise cash handling procedures and Toast POS system operations Implement and monitor quality standards for food presentation and customer service Lead shift management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development Skills Proven management experience in quick service & fast food or casual dining restaurants Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen management Expertise in Toast POS system; cash handling skills preferred Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and conducting interviews Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant setting Ability to train staff effectively in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures Familiarity with culinary techniques, food production processes, and hospitality management principles Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience in managing shift schedules, training & development programs, and food safety standards Background in hotel or catering services is a plus; culinary or fine dining experience highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences.
