Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model. Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires. Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
