Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Polish-language audio for fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity. This remote contract role uses your native-level Polish expertise to provide the real-world feedback that strengthens AI language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of speakers or model outputs.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document findings in clear, concise English feedback, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed reasoning for each assessment to support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Polish-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency, including strong spoken and written communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
