Blueprint Staffing is seeking a driven and outgoing Business Development Representative to grow our construction staffing business throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a field-based outside sales position for someone who is comfortable visiting construction sites, meeting decision-makers, building relationships, and turning new connections into long-term clients.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, persistent, and confident communicating with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, superintendents, and other construction professionals. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, introducing Blueprint Staffing’s services, opening new accounts, and maintaining relationships that generate repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new construction staffing clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area
• Conduct in-person visits to construction sites and contractor offices
• Build relationships with project managers, superintendents, office managers, and hiring decision-makers
• Make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Present Blueprint Staffing’s services, rates, and workforce solutions
• Prepare and send proposals, rate sheets, and new customer agreements
• Convert qualified prospects into active accounts and staffing orders
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, opportunities, and follow-up needs
• Develop efficient daily routes and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client staffing needs are communicated and fulfilled
• Represent Blueprint Staffing professionally in the office and throughout the community

Qualifications:

• Outside sales, business development, construction, staffing, or B2B sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of the construction industry or construction staffing is strongly preferred
• Comfortable prospecting in person and visiting active construction sites
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Confident making cold calls and starting conversations with new prospects
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
• Organized, dependable, and able to maintain accurate documentation
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area during the workday
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and mobile communication tools

Compensation:

• $52,000 annual base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Paid time off

We staff a wide variety of positions, including general labor, demolition, construction cleanup, material handling, carpentry, equipment operation, punch work, new construction cleaning, final cleaning, apartment turnovers, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, school cleaning, and recurring property cleaning.

Workers do not need a personal vehicle for every assignment. Construction workers must have a reliable way to reach our Dallas office for morning dispatch. When seats are available, rides may be coordinated from the office to the jobsite.

Applicants with reliable transportation may qualify for additional opportunities and higher pay on certain assignments. Approved drivers may also earn additional money for transporting other Blueprint Staffing workers.

Assignments may be daily, temporary, project based, ongoing, or long term. Many positions offer same day pay. Available work, schedules, locations, and pay rates vary depending on client needs, experience, skills, transportation, and job requirements.
