We also partner with leading local hospitals to ensure coordinated care delivery for treatments that may require surgery or physical therapy.ResponsibilitiesGreet and attend to patient needs in person and over the phonePrepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and medical histories.Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing, including the collection and handling of samples.Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of medical information.Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.Assist Physician with C-ArmProfessionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.Actively speak up and provide patient safety and patient experience recommendations.Adhere to company-wide policy and procedures.SkillsThe required skills for this position, such as medical assisting and phlebotomy, are utilized daily to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care. Proficiency in using medical instruments and performing sterilization techniques is essential for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. The ability to draw blood and process specimens accurately is critical for supporting diagnostic procedures and treatment plans. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing patient records and coordinating appointments, which directly impacts the efficiency of the healthcare team.
