This role upholds the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail while consistently meeting Four Seasons standards, policies, and licensing requirements to ensure an exceptional level of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Adhere to the Four Seasons L?na'i Spa massage sequence of service and all established treatment protocols for all massage and body services, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience unless otherwise requested by the guestProvide the full range of spa massage and body treatment offerings in accordance with approved standards and techniquesDemonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of consistency in service delivery to support exceptional guest satisfactionEnsure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and sanitization of all treatment room equipment to maintain a safe, hygienic, and luxury-level service environmentEducate guests on personalized treatment and wellness recommendations, confidently promoting appropriate products and service enhancements to elevate results and overall experienceCollaborate with team members to assist with efficient setup and breakdown of treatment spaces, ensuring rooms are fully prepared, organized, and reset for seamless service deliveryWhat to BringLegal work authorization in United StatesAvailability for holidays and weekendsHawaii State Massage Therapist LicenseHolistic Health PractitionerAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shiftsPrior experience working as a Massage Therapist in the hospitality industry or in a high-end environmentMust have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
