We are a growing sign company seeking a skilled Carpenter Fabricator to join our team. This position is
ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in precision work and enjoys building high-quality
custom products. You will work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, and plastics to
fabricate custom signage in a shop environment.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom signage components
- Work with wood, metal, and plastic materials
- Operate power tools and shop equipment safely
- Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
- Maintain close tolerances and high attention to detail
- Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines

Requirements
- Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work within tight tolerances
- Experience with wood, metal, and plastic fabrication
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sign shop or fabrication environment
- Welding or metalworking experience (a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings
- Airbrush & automotive spray paint (a plus)
