This person will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ. You will work directly for the Executive Assistant to the CEO.Job Summary:The Administrative Coordinator will support the Executive Office by partnering closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support, including drafting correspondence, managing document flow, reconciling expenses, and preparing materials for executive review and approval. Responsibilities also include maintaining task lists and agendas, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating communication across departments. By handling these essential day-to-day functions, this position enables the Executive Assistant to remain focused on strategic, high-impact priorities.
